The Ministries page reflects my philosophy of grouping—an approach modeled directly after the ministry of Jesus. Throughout His earthly work, Jesus moved intentionally among three key relational contexts: the large group (1:100), the small group (1:12), and the micro group (1:1–3). Each setting served a unique purpose in forming His followers and advancing God’s mission.
Churchology is a word I coined to describe my personal philosophy of ministry—a way of understanding how the church produces authentic spiritual growth. I believe that spiritual formation best happens when believers faithfully engage the eight spiritual disciplines as a lifestyle, not as a checklist. These practices, when consistently lived out in community, cultivate hearts that are both obedient and alive to God.
